SmartSolo.ai — Terms of Use

1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SmartSolo.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including individuals, teams, and enterprise organizations.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy at smartsolo.ai/privacy-policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Smart Logic AI, Inc. governing your use of the Service.
2Description of Service
SmartSolo.ai is an AI-powered productivity platform that integrates with third-party tools to help individuals and teams work more efficiently. The Service includes:
- AI Assistance: Chat, decision intelligence, and automated suggestions powered by AI.
- Inbox Management: Unified inbox triage, email summaries, and smart prioritization.
- Project Tracking: Integration with Asana, ClickUp, Notion, and HubSpot.
- Calendar & Meetings: Automated meeting preparation and calendar management.
- Workflow Automation: Rule-based and AI-driven workflow triggers.
- Productivity Analytics: Scoring, heatmaps, and timeline reports.
- Compliance Evidence: Audit ledger and decision logging.
- Microsoft Teams Integration: Access SmartSolo.ai features directly within Microsoft Teams.
3Account Registration
To access the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address or via supported identity providers (Google, Microsoft/Azure Entra). You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Notifying us immediately at support@smartsolo.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Ensuring all information you provide is accurate and kept up to date.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4Subscriptions and Billing
SmartSolo.ai offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) via Stripe.
- By subscribing, you authorize SmartSolo.ai to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
- Payments are processed by Stripe (PCI DSS–compliant). We do not store or access full card numbers.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
- You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Enterprise plans with custom pricing are governed by a separate Order Form.
5Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
Prohibited Activities
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Transmit harmful, abusive, defamatory, or unlawful content.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service beyond normal use.
- Generate content that is deceptive, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties.
6Third-Party Integrations
The Service integrates with third-party platforms. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective terms and privacy policies of each provider.
- Microsoft Teams & Outlook: Microsoft Services Agreement and Microsoft Privacy Statement.
- Google Workspace: Google Terms of Service and Google API Services User Data Policy.
- Slack: Slack Terms of Service.
- Asana / ClickUp / Notion: Respective platform terms.
- HubSpot / QuickBooks: Respective platform terms.
SmartSolo.ai is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. You grant SmartSolo.ai the permissions necessary to read and interact with data from connected integrations solely to provide the Service features you enable.
7AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate suggestions, summaries, reports, and automated responses. AI-generated content is provided for productivity assistance only.
Important: AI-generated content does not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise). You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated output before acting on it.
- AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, and others) are accessed only via APIs that prohibit training on user inputs.
- Your workspace data is never used to train or improve generalized AI/ML models.
- SmartSolo.ai does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content for any specific purpose.
8Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described there.
- We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS 1.2+ in transit and AES-256 at rest.
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
- Data processed through AI features may be used to improve the Service in anonymized and aggregated form only.
- We comply with GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and applicable data protection laws.
9Intellectual Property
- SmartSolo.ai and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, design, trademarks, and content.
- You retain ownership of the data and content you submit to the Service.
- By submitting content, you grant SmartSolo.ai a limited, non-exclusive license to process and display your content solely to provide the Service.
- You may not use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets without prior written consent.
10Confidentiality
SmartSolo.ai treats all user data as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as required by law, with your consent, or as described in the Privacy Policy.
Enterprise and team users are responsible for ensuring that colleagues who have access to shared workspaces comply with applicable confidentiality obligations.
11Service Availability
SmartSolo.ai strives to maintain high availability of the Service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that temporarily affects access.
- We will endeavor to notify users in advance of planned downtime.
- We are not liable for any loss arising from Service unavailability.
12Termination
- You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@smartsolo.ai or through your account settings.
- SmartSolo.ai may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason with reasonable notice.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we may delete your account data in accordance with our data retention policy.
13Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
SmartSolo.ai does not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements or that it will be free from errors or security vulnerabilities.
14Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SmartSolo.ai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to SmartSolo.ai in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
15Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah. If you are located in the European Union, you retain any mandatory consumer rights provided under applicable EU law.
16Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice within the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Service.
